  • Carl says:

Farewells are said nothing to fear
Nothing to discover all is clear
Unraveled are the words of poison
Undimmed the love that was taken
Tomorrow there shall be no waiting
Nothing will stop the heart from breaking
The war has ended no one to fight
A cold east wind a fading light
Soon comes the time to shed a tear
For all that is no longer here
The autumn has come the birds are gone
No longer they sing Away is the sun
Beneath the trees of falling leaves
Dwell the steps of a heart in grief
